Moisture: Max 14%;
Admixture : Max 2%;
Broken Kernels : Max 5%;
Damaged Kernels : Max 5%; including damaged by bruhus: max 2 %;
Other Color : Max 7%;
Free from abnormal smell. Sound loyal merchandise, without foreign smells, mold, alive insects and
mites.
Quality /Quantity condition of goods final at place of stuffing into containers as per Certificate of Quantity
issued by inspection GAFTA approved company at the Seller's choice and account.
Date of delivery corresponds to date of B/Ls.
Carriage: Shipments in 20 feet containers in bulk.

Payment: Payment to be effected within 5 days upon presentation of full bank to Buyer's bank, acceptable
to Sellers.
Documents to be presented:
1. Signed Commercial Invoice in 1 0riginal+2 copies;
2. Packing List in 1- Original+2 copies issued by GAFTA approved company
3. Full set of 3/3 Original Bills of Lading plus 3 Non-Negotiable copies mad out ‘To order’, marked
'Freight Prepaid';
4. 1 Original and 3 Copies of Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
5. 1 Original and 3 Copies of Weight Certificate issued by GAFTA approved Company;
6. 1 Original and 3 Copies of Quality Certificate issued by GAFTA approved Company;
7. 1 Original and 3 Copies of Fumigation Certificate issued by GAFTA approved Company
8. 1 Original and 3 Copies of Phytosanitary Certificate issued by relevant official government
authority;
All other terms, conditions and rules, not in contradiction with the above contained in GAFTA 88 and
GAFTA 125 of which the parties admit that they have knowledge and notice, apply to this transaction.
The parties undertake not to reduce at execution of the Present SCO cooperation to observance only
requirements containing by the Present SCO, to support business contacts and to take all necessary
measures for maintenance of efficiency and development of commercial communications.
