Moisture 14% Max
Protein 15% Min basis dry weight
Fiber 13% Max basis dry weight
Ash 7% Max basis dry weight
Aflatoxins <10PPB
Free from radiation, insects, fungus, and traces of insecticides, moulds and toxins

Date of delivery corresponds to date of B/Ls.

Carriage: Shipments in containers. 14 free days for detention and demurage (merged) at discharge port as per shipping line rule.
Terms of payment: Negotiable.
Payment for goods could be made by the Buyer in US dollars by LC at sight or cash transfer CAD (Cash Against Documents) to the Seller’s account:
payment within 3 banking days against presentation of original shipping documents to Buyer’s bank:
1) Commercial Invoice;
2) Full set of 3/3 original;
3) Certificate of Origin;
3) Quality and Quantity certificate;
4) Fumigation Certificate;
5) Phytosanitary Certificate;
6) Packing List
7) Xray Certificate;
Quantity and Quality of goods final at place of loading as per Certificate issued by IFIA member inspection company at the Seller's account.
All other terms, conditions and rules, not in contradiction with the above contained in GAFTA/ FOSFA of which the parties admit that they have knowledge and notice, apply to this transaction.
The parties undertake not to reduce at execution of the Present LOI cooperation to observance only requirements containing by the Present LOI, to support business contacts and to take all necessary measures for maintenance of efficiency and development of commercial communications.
