It is made from organic oat uncrushed grain best-quality, passed through steaming and rolling.

The normative document TU U1 10.6-00954544-008:2016 and other normative document in force in Ukraine, EC Regulation 1881/2006, 834/2007, 889/2008 Іngredients Single ingredient products.

ORGANOLEPTIC INDICATORS

Colour – white with shades of cream to yellowish

Odour – characteristic of oat flakes, without foreign smells, not frowzy, not moldy

Taste – peculiar to oat flakes with specific subtle bitter flavour, without foreign flavours, not acid

CAFD with 20% advance payment
- 20% advance payment within 3 banking days against presentation to buyer scanned original documents by e-mail:
a) Preliminary commercial invoice;
b) signed contract;
- Balance payment within 3 banking days against presentation to Buyer scanned original shipping documents by e-mail:
a) Commercial Invoice;
b) Original Bill of Lading, CMR, etc;
c) Certificate of Origin, EU1;
d) Quality and Quantity certificate, shipper's declaration, etc;
e) Fumigation Certificate (Al. Phostoxin) if necessary;
f) Phytosanitary Certificate if necessary;
g) Packing List
Quantity and quality of goods final at place of loading of vessel/ stuffing into containers issued by inspection company at the Seller's account or Buyer's account as agreed.

All other terms, conditions and rules, not in contradiction with the above contained in support contract/ terms (GAFTA, FOSFA, UPC, Incoterms, etc) of which the parties admit that they have knowledge and notice, apply to this transaction.
The parties undertake not to reduce at execution cooperation to support business contacts and to take all necessary measures for maintenance of efficiency and development of commercial communications.

Preliminary inquiry (Soft offer, Bid) subject to change without notice and valid for limited time or until stock/demand last and to be confirmed by firm bid with full acceptance otherwise lot nole void and to be negotiated on the next working day.
