THE CHEMICAL TESTS :
1. The relative density (at 20 c) 0.918-0.923
2. The refractive index(at 40 c) 1.467-1.469
3. Iocine value (wijs) 110-143
4. The saponification value (mgkoh/gm oil) 188-194
5. The unsaponifible value 1.5 (max)
6. Peroxide value max.10(mequelant/kg oil)
7. The acidity (mg koh) % gm oil) Crude oil 4, Uncrude oil 0.6
8. Colouring materials: Its allowed to add: Beta carotene, Anato carotene and Curcumine carotene according to the good manufacturing products .
9. Flavors: Its allowed to add natural flavors or the artificial flavours that is able to use internationally.
10. Anti oxidant: BHT 200mg/kg, BHA 200mg/kg individually or mixed; Mixture of BHT, BHA 200 mg/kg but the Galate and Galate Should not exceed 100mg/kg

Shipment: by FCLs or trucks. Date of delivery corresponds to date of B/Ls/ CMR.

Terms of payment negotiable depends of counter party:
Specimen offer with Payment: CAFD (Cash Against Fax Documents) Prepayment 20/ 80 CAFD.
CAFD with 20% advance payment
- 20% advance payment within 3 banking days against presentation to buyer scanned original documents by e-mail:
a) Preliminary commercial invoice;
b) signed contract;
- Balance payment within 3 banking days against presentation to Buyer scanned original documents by e-mail:
a) Commercial Invoice;
b) Original Bill of Lading;
c) Certificate of Origin;
d) Quality and Quantity certificate;
e) Fumigation Certificate (Al. Phostoxin);
f) Phytosanitary Certificate;
g) Packing List
Quantity and quality of goods final at place of stuffing into containers issued by inspection company at the Seller's account.
All other terms, conditions and rules, not in contradiction with the above contained in support contract/ terms (GAFTA, Incoterms, etc) of which the parties admit that they have knowledge and notice, apply to this transaction.
The parties undertake not to reduce at execution cooperation to support business contacts and to take all necessary measures for maintenance of efficiency and development of commercial communications.
